Seeking support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process safe, clear, and empowering. I take an integrative, mind–body approach that honours your own capacity for growth, healing, and positive change.
My style is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe and supportive space for exploration and reflection towards positive change.
I have both trained and extensive experience in working with anxiety and depression, eating disorders and disordered eating, trauma, and attachment and relational trauma. Together, our work will be grounded in a trauma-informed and evidence based approach. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic-based practices to support your overall well-being, connecting both mind and body throughout.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone or video consultation where we can connect, answer your questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit.
